From measurement to installation — every step in-house
Aluminum Windows UAE is part of the RS Group of companies. Our aluminium windows, doors and glazing structures are made at our own factory in the United Arab Emirates, on proven profile systems such as Schüco, Cortizo and ALUK alongside our own line — facade glazing, panoramic windows, sliding doors, thermal-break frames and solar-control glass. From the survey to installation, our team runs every project in Dubai and all Emirates under one contract.
Every window and door is made at our own factory in the UAE, so quality and lead times stay in our hands — from raw aluminium profile to the finished unit. The order of work is simple: an engineer measures on site, the factory makes to those measurements in 3–5 weeks, and our crews install.

Functional, stylish and practical aluminium windows for villas and townhouses. The structures hold back heat, dust and noise, and stay comfortable to use through a UAE summer.

nothing opens, so the frame stays slim and the glass takes the whole opening.
the sash swings into the room, so the outer face of the glass is cleaned from inside.
the sash swings out and leaves the sill and the room free.
airing through a gap at the top while the bottom of the sash stays locked.
one handle tilts the sash for airing or swings it fully open for cleaning.
the sash runs along the frame and takes no space inside or outside.
the top light tilts for airing, the glass below stays as it is.
Curtain walls, structural and semi-structural glazing, ventilated and cassette facades. The system carries its own weight and the wind load of a tall building, and the glass line stays unbroken across the elevation.
Canopies, balustrades, railings and pool fencing, where glass is carried by an aluminium or steel frame. The load goes through the metal, the glass stays transparent.
Frameless glazing, spider systems, skylights and roof lanterns — everything built so the frame disappears and only the glass is read.
Office and glass partitions, sliding and smart-glass systems. They divide a floor without walls: light passes through, noise does not.
Glazed structures with a fire-resistance rating for escape routes and openings between fire compartments.

A polyamide insert breaks the heat path through the frame
A thermal-break profile is two aluminium sections, outer and inner, joined by a polyamide insert up to 40 mm wide. The metal does not run straight through, so the outer section can sit in the sun without passing that heat to the inner face. The glass unit, up to 60 mm thick, takes the solar load, and three EPDM seals close the gap between sash and frame. Together the frame and the glazing lower the load on the air conditioning and cut the noise from the street.

Enough for spaces that are not cooled: balcony, pergola, canopy, pool enclosure
A profile without a thermal break is one continuous aluminium section with no insert, so the frame follows the outside temperature. It suits spaces that are not air-conditioned — a balcony, a pergola, a carport, a pool enclosure — and interior partitions, where both sides are at the same temperature. Outdoors the glazing has a different job: to keep out dust, wind, sand and insects while leaving the view open. The profile is lighter and slimmer than a thermal-break profile, which matters where a parapet or a light roof carries the load.
Our company manufactures aluminium structures with subsequent installation at the glazing site.
Three contours of EPDM seals keep the glass off the aluminium and close the gap between sash and frame, so dust, humid salt air and wind-driven rain stay outside.

Foamed inserts fill the profile chambers and stop air circulating inside them, so less outside heat and street noise passes through the frame into the cooled room.

Glass-filled polyamide thermal breaks up to 40 mm wide keep the outer and inner shells apart, so the frame holds its shape and its insulation through a UAE summer.

Double glazing up to 60 mm thick puts a sealed gap of still air or gas between the hot street and the cooled room, so less heat crosses the glass into the room.

Two panes of glass sealed around a spacer frame; the cavity between them is filled with dry air or argon.
The spacer holds a desiccant that keeps the cavity dry, so the unit does not mist from the inside.
Either pane can be Low-E, solar-control, tinted, laminated or toughened — the build is chosen for the elevation.
Most windows and doors in villas and apartments, and any opening where the space behind it is air-conditioned.
Three panes and two sealed cavities: more resistance to heat crossing the glass and a quieter room.
The unit is thicker and heavier, so the profile and hardware have to be rated for it.
Rooms over busy roads, where the panes are also laminated and unequal, and openings where the energy calculation calls for it. Sun protection on west and south facades comes from a solar-control or Low-E coating, not from a third pane.
Two sheets of glass bonded with a PVB interlayer: if the glass breaks, the pieces stay on the interlayer instead of falling.
The interlayer also cuts ultraviolet and damps sound.
Balustrades, floor-to-ceiling glazing, skylights, shopfronts and any glass people can fall against.
A microscopically thin metal-oxide coating on the inner face reflects long-wave heat while letting daylight through.
In a hot climate it keeps the heat radiated by the facade and the street from reaching the room.
Living rooms and bedrooms with large glass areas, where the aim is daylight without the heat.
Glass with a reflective or spectrally selective coating that turns back a large part of the sun's energy before it enters the room.
The tint and reflectance are matched to the elevation and to what the building management allows on the facade.
West-facing glazing, glass roofs and glass rooms, towers whose facade takes the full afternoon sun.
Panes of different thickness and an acoustic laminated interlayer, so no single frequency passes easily.
The unit only works in a frame sealed on every contour — sound leaks through gaps, not through glass.
Homes next to Sheikh Zayed Road and other highways, under flight paths, near event venues, and hotel rooms.
For a terrace that becomes part of the cooled house: the leaves run on stainless carriages, the thermal break keeps the heat out, and the opening stays wide.
More details about Sliding, with thermal break
The whole elevation folds into a stack at one side, so a living room opens fully onto the garden in the cooler months and closes against the heat in summer.

Hinged doors and windows for an air-conditioned majlis or pool house: easy to air on a mild evening, sealed on three contours the rest of the time. Needs room to open.

A slim profile for a terrace or pergola that is not cooled: the leaves run in tracks and take no room when open, and the space is shielded from wind, dust and sand.
More details about Sliding, without thermal break
For a large covered terrace or a pool enclosure that is not air-conditioned: hinged leaves close it against wind and sand and open fully on a calm day.

Powder coating in any shade of the RAL palette; the colour is confirmed against a physical sample at the survey.
Anodising builds an oxide layer on the profile itself, so the colour belongs to the metal rather than to a film on top of it and cannot peel.
Wood-grain and stone-effect finishes are transferred onto the powder coating. The profile keeps the strength of aluminium and never needs repainting.
